1. What areas do you serve?

We’re Atlanta-based, and we travel to events outside the perimeter for a $1/mile travel fee. Just let us know where your party is, and we’ll make it happen.

2. How far in advance should I book?

You can book events up until the day of, as long as our schedule, resources, and travel allow. Events booked less than one week in advance must select Black Tie or better.

3. What types of events do you bartend?

Anything that deserves a good pour! Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, backyard bashes, or “just because” gatherings—we’ve done them all. If you’re unsure, ask—we’ll figure out how to make it work.

4. How do I book FWB for my event?

If you’re ready to get started, head to our Booking & Pre-Consultation Questionnaire. It’s a fun way for us to get to know you, your event, and your style so we can tailor the perfect bar experience.

5. What’s the difference between packages and bundles?

Packages are our service types (like Base, Black Tie, Burlesque, Beyond). Bundles cover all the bar needs in one go, including discounts. Bundles cannot be substituted since they’re pre-booked in value.

6. Can we customize the bar menu?

We currently have our in-house Signature/Standard Bar Menu, where we plug in your specific offerings. While we’re working on offering multiple options, we currently have one standard menu.

We also work directly with our in-house graphic designer to create a custom menu design that captures the look and vibe of your event perfectly.

7. Do you provide bar equipment and rentals?

We’ve got you covered! Mobile bars, tents, glasses, straws, disposable cups, chalkboard signs, and more. All our services and add-ons are listed on our Services page.

8. How many bartenders or staff will we need?

For smaller parties or lighter drinkers (50 guests and under), one bartender is usually enough. For up to 100 guests, you’ll likely need at least one barback to help keep the drinks moving. Reach out with your event details and we’ll help figure out exactly what you need.

9. Can you accommodate themed events or presentations?

Absolutely! From drinks on fire to bubble guns, origami garnishes, and other elevated techniques, we’ll make your bar the centerpiece of your theme. Decorations are also available.

10. Do you provide tastings?

YES. A tasting is integral—just like a cake tasting, it ensures your drinks are perfect before the big day. We offer 1-hour in-person tastings for signature drinks, and full-service tastings for a complete cocktail experience. It’s fun, informative, and a must for any serious cocktail lover.

11. Do you handle alcohol purchasing?

We can give you peace of mind. You can either supply it, or we can handle procurement, including ice, mixers, garnishes, and specialty syrups.

12. How much notice do you need for add-ons or special requests?

The earlier, the better! Most add-ons can be included if we know at least 2–3 weeks in advance, but reach out—we’re flexible and creative.

13. Can you provide staff for serving and attending to guests?

Yes! We have cocktail servers, attendants, and waitstaff available to keep everything running smoothly and ensure your guests are pampered.

14. What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

A 25% deposit is due to secure your date. It’s refundable up until 3 weeks before the event, and can be applied toward another date one time if needed.
