The Visionary
FWB was founded by Tara Barfield, a bartender with nearly two decades of experience behind the bar. By day, she’s a financial advisor; by night, she brings her culinary training and mixology skills to life, crafting cocktails that impress as much as they delight. After being asked to bartend a few private events for friends and coworkers, Tara realized she had something special to share — and decided to pour that talent into a business of her own. That’s how Favorite Weekend Bartender was born (named for her weekend availability at the start).

The Creative Force
Soon after, Tara’s sister Rayn Elise joined the vision. With her background in both culinary arts and design, Rayn became the creative backbone of the brand — designing the logo, building the graphics, and helping shape the look and feel of FWB. Her artistic eye and passion for detail play a huge role in making sure every bar setup looks as good as the drinks taste.
