Mix up the perfect Parfait Martini with a little FWB flair this November 25th for **National Parfait Day** 🍨🍸

“Parfait Pour” Martini

**Ingredients:**
• 1 oz vanilla vodka
• 1 oz regular vodka
• 1 oz raspberry or strawberry liqueur (Chambord, raspberry schnapps, or strawberry liqueur)
• 1 oz half & half or heavy cream
• 1 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
• 0.25–0.5 oz simple syrup (to taste)

**Garnish / “Parfait” Layers:**
• Crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookie crumbs
• Fresh berries (raspberry, strawberry, or blueberry)
• Whipped cream
• Optional: drizzle of berry coulis or chocolate sauce inside the glass

1️⃣ Rim martini glass with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs. Optional: drizzle berry sauce inside the glass.
2️⃣ In a shaker with ice, add berry liqueur + simple syrup. Shake and strain a thin layer into the bottom of the glass.
3️⃣ In a fresh shaker with ice, add vodka, half & half, yogurt, and a touch more simple if needed. Shake hard until chilled and slightly thick.
4️⃣ Slowly pour the creamy mix over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the berry layer.
5️⃣ Top with whipped cream, cookie crumbs, and 1–2 fresh berries on a cocktail pick.

National Macchiato Day, but make it a cocktail.
Espresso, cream, and a little weekend energy in a glass.
Perfect for the host who wants their coffee and their cocktail at the same time.

**FWB Macchiato Cocktail (on the rocks)**
- 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
- 1 oz fresh espresso (or strong cold brew concentrate), cooled
- 0.5 oz simple syrup (or vanilla syrup for extra dessert vibes)
- 1 oz heavy cream or half & half
- Ice
- Coffee beans, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings for garnish

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and syrup.
3. Shake hard until chilled and slightly frothy.
4. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
5. Gently float the cream over the top (pour over the back of a spoon).
6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and a light dusting of cocoa or chocolate shavings.
