If you’ve ever wondered how we went from mixing drinks for friends to becoming Atlanta’s go-to bartenders for unforgettable events, grab a glass and settle in. We’re about to pour one out for the story that started it all.

It began, as all great things do, with a simple “Hey, can you bartend my party?”

Our founder, Tara, had been behind the bar for decades—serving up everything from wedding toasts to late-night laughs. She’s a culinary-trained, finance-savvy powerhouse who knows her way around both cocktails and cash flow (because yes, you can love tequila and balance sheets at the same time).

After saying “sure, why not?” to a few friends’ events, she realized something magical: everyone deserves a bartender who gets it. Someone who doesn’t just pour drinks but brings the vibe—remembering your favorite mix, keeping the energy alive, and making sure your event feels like you.

And just like that, Favorite Weekend Bartender was born.

At first, it was strictly a weekend thing (hence the name). But word travels fast when good times are involved. Before long, we were shaking things up all over Atlanta—birthdays, weddings, corporate parties, backyard bashes—you name it. And as it turns out, the world needed good vibes all week long.

Today, we’re more than a bartending service—we’re a vibe. A crew of pros who love what we do, believe every event deserves personality, and pour our hearts into every glass (and sometimes a little extra rum).
